SOUTHS AN INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION

International sport is descending upon Fremantle Community Bank Oval in high frequency, with EPL powerhouse Leeds Utd. to call the ground their training home for their upcoming Optus Stadium exhibition match series with Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and Manchester Utd. Leeds will enjoy exclusive usage of the ground and changeroom facilities across the period Monday July 18 - Sunday July 24, with the main event being a Fan Open Training Session on Wednesday July 20, commencing at 3.30pm.
The event is free of charge & un-ticketed, with entry via the ground's main turnstiles off Parry St. Food and beverage offerings will be available for the thousands of fans attending.
South Fremantle have agreed to relocate WAFL training sessions to local alternative venues, with a commercial hire agreement in place for the use of Fremantle Oval.
In addition to the Leeds opportunity, under a seperate arrangement, England Rugby recently acessed the ground as their training hub for several days in the lead-up to their clash against the Wallabies at Optus Stadium on Saturday July 2.
